Vladimir Zelensky noted Russia's superiority in armaments and called on partners to provide "everything that helps to maintain the front line"—missiles, equipment, and drones. "Thanks to that advantage, they are putting pressure on us at the front and gradually moving forward," he said in his address to EU leaders at the Brussels summit.
