In April, International Red Cross Organization (ICRC) employees once again visited the former leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh in Baku. Ilaha Huseinova, head of the public relations department of ICRC representation in Azerbaijan, was informed about it.
According to reports, private interviews were held with the arrested; they were allowed to communicate with their families.
