China is ready to provide Russia and Ukraine with the necessary negotiation conditions. Geng Shuang, the deputy permanent representative of the People's Republic of China in the World Organization, announced this at the UN Security Council session.
"China advocates the timely convening of an international conference recognized by Russia and Ukraine, with equal participation of all parties, to discuss all peace options fairly. We are ready to provide Russia and Ukraine with the necessary conditions for negotiations, and we will make tireless efforts for an early political settlement of the crisis," he emphasized.
