Biden stated that the collapse of NATO would be catastrophic for the whole world

US President Joe Biden called the possibility of NATO's collapse a "disaster" for the US, the EU, and the world in an interview with the Univision Noticias TV channel.
"The worst thing you can imagine is for NATO to start collapsing, which would be catastrophic for the United States, Europe, and the whole world," Biden said.
He said the United States and its allies "could expand NATO, and the two Nordic countries joined the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and gained another two thousand miles of border."
"We have a whole group of NATO member countries on the border with Russia," said Biden.
