The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, referring to the tripartite meeting between the USA, the European Union, and Armenia in Brussels today, stated that another source of threat is being created for the South Caucasus.
He noted that although the high-ranking officials of the US and the European Union tried to convince during the telephone conversations that took place on their initiative that this meeting was not directed against Azerbaijan, Baku assesses the purpose of that meeting as "creating dividing lines and isolating Azerbaijan."
