"We welcome your efforts toward democratic reforms, regardless of pressures. We appreciate your efforts to maintain sanctions against Russia, which, in particular, will ensure that lethal weapons do not fall into Russian hands. Now, we will also talk about expanded cooperation. We have not forgotten the displaced Armenians of Karabakh. We have provided 30 million euros since last September and will continue to help you," said Leyen.
