"The statements of the European Parliament and the Council of Europe against Azerbaijan from September of last year and the attempts to turn Armenia into an armed outpost in the South Caucasus will have great consequences in the future." announced the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, during the meeting with the representative of Turkey in NATO, former Foreign Minister of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu.
