Palestinian media reported that five people, including international humanitarian workers, were killed in an airstrike in the Deir El Balah area of the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian press added that several more people were injured in the attacks. It is said that the Israel Defense Forces shot down a civilian car on the road not far from the beach.
"The IDF has launched a thorough investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident," the IDF press service said in a statement.
