The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan issued a statement, again accusing Armenia of carrying out fortification works and allegedly accumulating troops on the border.
The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan stated that it considers all this a provocation, "Any provocation by Armenia will be resolutely prevented by the Azerbaijani army, and the entire responsibility for the escalation of the situation will fall on the military-political leadership of Armenia and its sponsors."
