The foreign minister of the new Palestinian government is of Armenian origin and a woman

The "wafa.ps" news agency reports that the composition of the new Palestinian government has been formed. One of the ministers is an ethnic Armenian and a woman. Varsen Aghabekyan was appointed State Minister for Foreign Affairs and Migration Affairs of the Palestinian Authority. There is also a post of Prime Minister-Foreign Minister in the Palestinian government. The composition of the new Palestinian government was approved by the country's president, Mahmoud Abbas. Varsen Aghabekyan, a specialist in public health and public medicine, worked at the United Nations and on the staff of the Palestinian president.

Mohamad Mustafa was appointed the new Prime Minister of Palestine and, simultaneously, the Foreign Minister.
