The USA informed Russia about the terrorist threat on March 7

White House spokesman John Kirby said that on the morning of March 7, the United States provided Russian intelligence services with written information about an imminent terrorist attack. Still, he did not specify the nature of the information, reports RIA Novosti.

"On March 7, at 11:15 a.m. Moscow time, by normal procedures and through established channels used repeatedly by the former US government, we sent a written warning to Russian intelligence agencies," Kirby said during a special briefing.

Kirby also reminded us that the next day, the USA published a warning on the website of its embassy in Russia about the danger of participating in mass events, including concerts, in Moscow.

"At the same time, the US will continue to provide information about possible terrorist attacks in other countries, regardless of its relations with them," the spokesperson said.
