A military plane fell into the sea near Sevastopol; the pilot managed to eject, the governor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said.
He said the pilot's life was not dangerous; the rescuers found him.
Razvozhaev added that civil facilities in Sevastopol were not damaged after the plane crash.
