"Russia knew about the preparation of terrorism for more than a month." Budanov

The head of the central intelligence department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Lieutenant-General Kyrylo Budanov, announced that Russia knew in advance about the preparation of a terrorist attack on its territory.
"At least since February 15, 2024, Russia knew about the preparation. Let me tell you more. That information was passed through the intelligence department of the group in Syria. From there, he went to Moscow. And let them not tell tales that strangely everything materialized out of nowhere," he said at the third international conference on strategic communications.
