Toivo Klaar, the EU's special representative for the crisis in the South Caucasus and Georgia, wrote on his X page:
"Threats against Armenia in Azerbaijani media are unacceptable. Actual negotiations on border demarcation are needed, and all territorial disputes must be resolved peacefully within the framework of an agreed process."
