"France offered Russia cooperation in the field of fighting terrorism." Macron

Commenting on the reaction of Paris to the terrorist attack near Moscow, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that "France offered Russia to strengthen cooperation in the fight against terrorism."
"We have entered into contacts at all levels, both technical and ministerial, to offer our cooperation based on the information we have that may be useful to the Russian side," Macron said upon his arrival in French Guiana.
