The EU has transferred the first tranche of budget aid to Ukraine in the amount of 4.5 billion euros within the framework of the 50 billion euro program until 2027. European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy, Olivér Várhelyi, said this at the press conference's end of the EU-Ukraine Association Council session.
