The popularity rating of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's Christian Democratic and Christian Social Union (CDU/CSM) opposition alliance has fallen below 30% for the first time in months, according to survey data conducted by the "Imas" sociological institute on the order of Bild newspaper.
