Israel is inciting hunger in Gaza and using it as a weapon of war. EU Foreign Affairs Minister Josep Borrell announced it on Monday.
"Gaza is no longer on the brink of starvation; it is in a state of mass starvation with thousands of people suffering," Borrell said in Brussels at the opening of a conference on humanitarian aid to Gaza. "It is unacceptable. Hunger is used as a weapon of war. Israel provokes hunger," Borell said.
