NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg highly appreciated the professionalism of the Azerbaijani army's servicemen in peacekeeping missions and their activities in other areas within the framework of NATO's partnership.
This was announced on March 18 during a meeting with the Secretary General of NATO, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, and the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan. Stoltenberg especially emphasized that the close cooperation of the Azerbaijani army with the Turkish armed forces will also significantly contribute to the relations between Azerbaijan and NATO.
