The head of the World Health Organization said he was "gravely concerned" after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu approved plans to attack Gaza's southernmost town of Rafah.
Netanyahu's office has announced that the military is preparing to evacuate the approximately 1.4 million Palestinians there. Many of them were displaced from other parts of the enclave. The White House has said it has yet to see the Israeli government's "credible" plan for how it will protect civilians.
