Israeli media reported that Israel's security cabinet on Sunday night agreed to send a high-level delegation to Qatar to continue the hostage negotiations, giving the delegation a general mandate to negotiate.
The general mandate given to the delegation is limited to specific issues on which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant will make a decisive decision.
