Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, made a sarcastic post on his microblog "X," congratulating Putin for winning the presidential elections.
"I would like to congratulate Vladimir Putin on his convincing victory in today's elections.
There is no opposition.
There is no freedom.
There is no choice," said the President of the European Council's note.
