Japan intends to allow the sale of new-generation fighter jets to foreign countries

The Kyodo agency reports that Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party and its junior coalition partner, the Komeito Party, have agreed to ease export controls, allowing other countries to supply the latest fighter jet, which is being developed jointly with Britain and Italy.
