"NATO strives to establish strong partnership relations with Armenia and Azerbaijan." Stoltenberg

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's annual report, which also addresses the South Caucasus region and Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, was presented.
"NATO calls both Armenia and Azerbaijan for constructive interaction within the framework of various existing formats and emphasizes the importance of addressing humanitarian issues. Similarly, through development and individually selected association programs, NATO seeks to maintain a stronger partnership with Armenia and Azerbaijani countries. NATO supports the territorial integrity, political independence, and sovereignty of partner countries in the region," Stoltenberg's report says.
