At his weekly press conference, US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller commented on the possibility of Ukraine winning and the recent military operations.
"We believe that Ukraine has a realistic plan to achieve victories on the battlefield. We have seen them win on the battlefield, most recently in the Black Sea, where they sank another Russian ship in the last 24 hours. So we believe they have some surprises in store.
We are looking forward to the results," said Miller.
