Uranium mines are being restored in the US

Bloomberg reported that the United States and other Western countries are restarting operations at previously preserved uranium mines amid rising nuclear fuel prices.

American uranium companies are resuming work at mines in Wyoming, Texas, Arizona, and Utah. Most of the uranium mines in these states were shut down after the 2011 accident at Japan's Fukushima nuclear power plant, which caused nuclear fuel prices to plummet and many uranium mines to become unprofitable.
