"Peace negotiations have not stopped. Our approach is that last year, Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed on the main principles of peace, the recognition of mutual territorial integrity based on the Alma Ata Declaration. Second, differentiation and boundaries should be based on the Alma Ata declaration. Next, all channels in the region should be unblocked.
If we can write down these principles, peace is possible very shortly. We are ready and doing everything possible from our side, but we do not see the same from Azerbaijan's side."
