Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made a speech at the diplomatic conference in Antalya and spoke about Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
"Azerbaijan and Armenia are very close to normalizing relations. This is happening thanks to regional initiatives. The international legal system cannot find a solution for such conflicts. "Turkey makes active and positive efforts to solve many conflicts and problems," he said.
