French President Emmanuel Macron has not ruled out sending Western troops to Ukraine. According to Macron, European leaders discussed the prospect.
"Tonight, there was no agreement to send troops officially, but we cannot exclude anything," he told reporters. Representatives of 27 EU member states, including 21 heads of state and governments, participated in the aid conference for Ukraine. he said.
"We will do everything to prevent Russia from winning this war," Macron said.
