On February 27, Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov met with a delegation led by Deputy Minister of Defense of Turkey Şuay Alpay. According to the report, Zakir Hasanov spoke about the "operational situation at the Azerbaijani-Armenian conventional border."
