Houthi leader Mohammad Ali al-Houthi has offered to return a UK-owned cargo ship in exchange for more aid to Gaza.
The ship was abandoned last week after a Houthi missile strike, NBC News reported. "Sunken British ships could be towed in return for aid trucks to Gaza. This is a proposal that can be studied," al-Houthi wrote.
