The EU reached an agreement on the 13th package of sanctions against Russia

The EU ambassadors agreed in principle on the 13th package of sanctions within the framework of Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
This package is one of the most extensive packages approved by the EU. It will go through a written procedure and be officially approved on February 24, reports the Belgian Presidency of the European Union.
