French law enforcement agencies have frozen Samvel Karapetyan's ownership of a villa worth 120 million euros.

The French newspaper Le Monde writes that in France, the court has frozen the ownership rights to the Irina Maria villa on the Cote d'Azur, which officially belongs to Russian-Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan.
