Ankara and Moscow cannot make transfers without sanctions

Establishing settlements between Turkey and Russia through third countries was not discussed during the bilateral negotiations between Ankara and Moscow; it is risky. A source from the banking sector told "Ria Novosti" on condition of anonymity.

From January 1, Turkish exporters face the refusal of banks to accept money transfers from Russia. According to the source, "RIA Novosti," the problem is partly related to sanctions and US pressure on Turkey. The Turkish Ministry of Trade is studying the matter, and Moscow is negotiating with Ankara.
