The USA responded to yesterday's military clashes on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border

Matthew Miller, the spokesperson for the US State Department, referred to the latest shootings on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

"We are concerned by the latest reports of deadly military clashes resulting in casualties. We send our heartfelt condolences to the families of the dead and injured.

The use of force disrupts negotiations. Every case of ceasefire violation should be investigated and given a proper response. The United States is committed to supporting the peace process in Armenia and Azerbaijan," said the spokesperson for the Head of State.
