Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US State Department, answered the journalist's question whether the US State Department does not see the desire of Armenia and Azerbaijan to move forward in the negotiations without mediators.
Miller replied: "Obviously, we support continuing the dialogue on this issue. We believe that this is the best way to achieve a lasting end to the conflict, and we will continue to pursue it."
