The Secretary General of the European Council, Maria Pejcinovich Burich, called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to exercise restraint.
"We are concerned about the news about the skirmish along the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. I call on both sides to show restraint. Dialogue is the only way to achieve lasting peace," Buric wrote.
