U.S. President Joe Biden will veto a bill to support Israel without Ukraine's aid if he signs it. "The administration strongly opposes the passage of H.R. 7217 by the House of Representatives. If the president receives H.R. 7217, he will veto it," the White House said.
The statement said the administration had worked for several months with a bipartisan group of senators to reach a national security agreement that would protect the border and provide support to Ukraine and Israel, as well as provide needed humanitarian aid to civilians affected by conflict around the world.
