Borell arrived in Kyiv

The head of the European Union's foreign policy service, Josep Borrell, arrived in Kyiv. The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Alexey Goncharenko, was informed about it.

Borrell spoke in Warsaw on Monday and said that, as part of the 13th package of sanctions against Russia, he would impose restrictive measures against companies based in various countries that the EU believes are involved in circumventing sanctions against Moscow.
