At the first national progress awards ceremony, Raisi said: "Contrary to the enemy's will, Iran's progress has been so impressive that the enemy has officially declared that maximum pressure on Iran has become ineffective.
Neither the war, nor the Mujahideen-e-Halq terrorist movement, nor threats nor sanctions could stop our nation's movement and train of progress," Raisi added.
