The government of Kazakhstan has resigned

The president of Kazakhstan, Kasim-Jomart Tokayev, has accepted the government's resignation, the presidential press service reported.

"1. Accept the resignation of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2. To temporarily appoint Roman Vasilevich Sklyar as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 3. Members of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to continue to perform their duties until the new government composition is approved," Tokayev's decree said.

The document comes into effect from the date of signing.
