The Kyrgyz authorities are considering several versions of the explosion in Bishkek, including sabotage. Minister of Emergency Situations of the country Boobek Azhikeev stated this at the press conference held in Bishkek.
"The causes of the accident are being clarified; the man-made factor and sabotage are being considered because voices were heard in the facility before the emergency," he said. According to him, a "state of emergency" was declared in the territory of the CHP.
