"The EU is tired of Orban's position." Prime Minister of Poland

"The European Union is tired not of helping Ukraine but of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's stance of blocking the allocation of funds for Kyiv." Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk made such a statement upon his arrival at the EU emergency summit in Brussels.

"There is no fatigue from Ukraine. The fatigue is from Orban," Tusk told reporters. The Prime Minister of Poland emphasized that Hungary should finally decide on its position: does it support Kyiv or Moscow in the conflict? According to Tusk, "there is only black and white" regarding aid to Ukraine.

Poland's prime minister also said the EU has no plan B if Orbán vetoes a vote to allocate 50 billion euros to Ukraine. However, as Poland's head of government hoped, EU leaders will have a solid argument to persuade Orbán to change his stance.
