The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, announced that the leaders of the 27 European Union member states approved the 50 billion euro aid program for Ukraine through the EU budget. "Stable, predictable, and long-term financing for Ukraine." Wrote Michelle.
"The EU assumes leadership and responsibility in supporting Ukraine. We know the price of the situation," said Michel.
