The Russian counteroffensive will end in the spring, and ours will begin. Head of military intelligence of Ukraine
Kirill Budanov, head of the central intelligence department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, predicts that the Russian offensive, which began in November 2023, will soon end. At that time, Ukraine's counteroffensive will begin.
"The Russian offensive operation continues now. It started in November 2023. It has been going on for two and a half months now. You can see the results yourself. It would definitely not be correct to say that they are somehow significant for them. Unfortunately, they have made some progress on the battlefield. What happened near Avdeevka... But their attack continues. Somewhere in early spring, it will be completely exhausted. Now, it is the opponent's move. It will end, and I think ours will begin," Budanov said.
