Citing its sources, the Bloomberg agency reported that EU countries will be able to supply Ukraine with only 600,000 of the promised 1 million artillery shells by March 1.
The unnamed diplomats told the agency that due to constant delays in munitions production and fears about the depletion of existing stocks, EU countries would strongly back out of the plan to supply 1 million shells to Kyiv.
