The fight against corruption has stopped in Armenia. Transparency International

Transparency International has published the 2023 results of the Corruption Perception Index. It is mentioned in the section about Armenia.
"In the two years since the 2018 revolution, Armenia has experienced significant democratic and anti-corruption reforms. However, progress in the fight against corruption has stopped, first of all, due to the limited implementation of changes.
Although Armenia faces complex security threats, like many countries in the region, it has the potential to overcome such challenges and transform harsh policies into more effective controls on corruption."
