US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien will travel to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on February 1-3. His visit will highlight US support for the country's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and multinational nature.
While in Sarajevo, Assistant Secretary of State O'Brien will meet with senior government officials to emphasize that functional, practical, and accountable democratic institutions at all levels of government are necessary for a better future for all citizens in both the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska.
