According to Telegram channels and preliminary data, there were 63 people in the Il-76 plane that crashed near Belgorod. They all died. Claims a channel source connected to the forces. The region governor, Gladkov, writes that the EMS is working on the spot. The destroyed Il-76 aircraft contained 65 captured service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were transferred to the Belgorod region for exchange, 6 members of the aircraft crew, and 3 escorts, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported.
