Azerbaijan has always been committed to negotiations, peace, and stability with Armenia. This is stated in the comment of Ayhan Hajizadeh, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
"Azerbaijan has always been committed to negotiations, peace, and stability with Armenia. The measures taken by Azerbaijan to stop aggression and separatism create prerequisites for concluding a peace treaty with Armenia," the commentary says.
